SocialBright is intended for use by authorized case management staff, administrators, and healthcare professionals. You agree to:
Use the system only for lawful purposes
Access only client data you are authorized to manage
Keep your login credentials confidential
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must:
Use strong passwords
Log out after each session
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
3. Data Privacy & HIPAA
SocialBright is HIPAA-compliant and protects the confidentiality of personal health information (PHI). All users must:
Follow organizational privacy policies
Refrain from downloading, printing, or exporting data unless explicitly authorized
Avoid sharing client data via unsecured channels (e.g., email, text)
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
Use the system to harass, abuse, or exploit others
Share access with unauthorized users
5. Availability and Updates
We may update the platform, apply security patches, or perform maintenance without notice. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice if:
You violate these terms
Your organization discontinues service with SocialBright
Required under law or to prevent harm
7. Limitation of Liability
SocialBright is provided "as is." We are not liable for:
Data loss resulting from user error
Unauthorized access due to weak passwords or misuse
Downtime due to external services or maintenance
